Here at Clark Hill, we have been producing the very best 100% pure NH Maple syrup for over 35 years. Our carefully managed sugar maple forests boast trees that are well over 100 years old and produce the sweetest sap. Each spring as the days grow longer and the temperatures have started to warm, we carefully set our taps and begin the annual process of collecting sap from our maple orchards. Each day for about 4 weeks we boil our "run" to produce our golden amber PURE MAPLE SYRUP.
